Restorative osteopathy
Hands-on care that looks at the skeleton, digestion, and the nervous system, and looks for the source of the load — not only where it hurts.

What happens in a session
Osteopathy combines deep anatomical knowledge with a view of the skeletal system, the digestive system, and the nervous system.
In a session the aim is to understand where the problem starts, why the pain appeared, and how the body can be reorganised to give it better conditions for its own recovery.
Osteopathy studies take about five years and include anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
